Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing, and evaluating patients' physical and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Monitor patients' conditions, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare teams.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions of care, promoting continuity and quality.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current California Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- One year of nursing experience, preferably in an acute care setting.
- Specialty certification related to practice, such as Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
