United Talent Staffing is seeking a skilled Fleet Sourcing Specialist to support the Hope Gas team at their Clarksburg, WV location. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in the management of the fleet lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to determine the need for vehicle acquisition, including type, use, and upfit.

Main Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and management of fleet equipment; upfit, telecom, telematics.
  • Supporting drivers with maintenance and/or vehicle damage repairs.
  • Distributing and managing fleet documents to drivers.
  • Coordinating and distributing information pertaining to OEM recalls, TSBs, and safety notifications for fleet vehicles and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in fleet vehicle management or vehicle maintenance and repairs. Strong project management skills, customer service, and analytical abilities are also required. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and 52 weeks per year.
