We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer with expertise in injection molding workflows, processes, manufacturing, process improvement, and Lean Six Sigma principles to join our team at ScottyJobs, Inc. as a Senior Process Engineer - Injection Molding.
Key Responsibilities- Lead various technical efforts from pilot programs through troubleshooting projects at various stages.
- Interface with cross-functional team members at varying levels and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field, Chemistry, Plastics, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification.
- Previous technical leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work extended hours or travel if required.
