Salary offers are based on internal equity, market data, and the applicant's experience and skills.


Hourly Compensation:
$27.93

Includes 3 annual pay increases
4-day workweek – Tuesday to Friday, with significant overtime potential

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate a commercial vehicle to deliver assigned orders of beverages to accounts safely and responsibly, adhering to federal regulations.

- Foster positive relationships with retail clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing concerns effectively.

- Maintain confidentiality and protect company operations by managing sensitive information appropriately.

- Collect payments from customers and ensure accurate reconciliation of deliveries with receipts and invoices.

- Document sales by completing daily sales and delivery records.

- Return empty containers and unsold merchandise, ensuring proper collection from clients.

- Ensure compliance with all federal laws and regulations applicable to DOT drivers.

- Maintain accurate records by completing the DOT driver log.

- Adhere to established safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

- Inspect vehicle condition before and after use, logging findings and reporting any issues.

- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained, requesting routine maintenance as needed.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve related goals and complete additional tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license with a CDL (Class A or B) is required.

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

- Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism.

- Ability to multitask, work independently or collaboratively, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.

- Sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities.

- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment is preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Bilingual skills are a plus, though not mandatory.


Physical Requirements:

- This role requires the ability to remain stationary at times, communicate effectively, and operate a computer and telephone.

- Regular lifting of 45-65 lbs and the ability to bend and squat frequently.


Competencies:

- Accountable for meeting personal targets, with periodic reviews of work performance.

- Problems encountered are typically defined and routine, with readily available solutions.
