AHF Products is seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team in Crossville, TN. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on various equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including load unloaders, engravers, conveyors, and other machinery
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and schedule work, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Develop and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities
• Train and coach junior mechanics on equipment operation and maintenance procedures
• Participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Certification or equivalent work experience in maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment
