About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Destructive Testing projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving project success through effective communication, documentation, and oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with subcontractors to secure agreements that align with project goals.
  • Create detailed job start-up summaries that fuel our accounting systems.
  • Collaborate with local municipalities to pull necessary permits and navigate unique project challenges.
  • Develop comprehensive budgets and generate change orders and invoices, keeping our projects financially on track.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality throughout every phase of the project, leading inspections and maintaining safety protocols.
  • Supervise superintendents and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes safety and compliance.
  • Attend HOA meetings and provide updates that keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Schedule and conduct thorough site inspections, documenting progress through notes, photos, and videos.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our marketing team to promote and sell our services, turning visions into reality.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations.
  • Adaptability, able to navigate challenges and embrace change with enthusiasm.
  • Physical stamina to be on your feet, walking and inspecting sites in all weather conditions.
