Job Summary

Watermill Express LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance, repair, and support of our refill station structures, equipment, and surrounding properties.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for performing general cleaning initiatives, plumbing work, painting, basic mechanical and electrical repairs, and troubleshooting, as well as some basic refrigeration system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of our refill stations
  • Conduct repairs and troubleshooting to resolve issues with equipment and structures
  • Paint and pressure wash refill stations to maintain a clean and visually appealing appearance
  • Maintain and repair parking lots and surrounding properties
  • Replace signage, decals, and banners as needed
  • Support and assist with construction and development efforts as required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Electrical, maintenance, repair, or similar education or equivalent experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work safely in limited spaces
  • Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
  • Ability to work overtime, including weekends and evenings
