Job Opportunity for Experienced Mechanic

iNc EMPIRE, LLC, a preferred recruiting partner, is seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team in Delphi, IN. This is a full-time, direct hire position with a small business offering a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot issues related to wiring, hydraulic leaks, and mechanical problems
  • Use fabrication skills to perform minor welding
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers to ask questions and provide feedback
  • Manage project workload and complete tasks on time, working independently and effectively communicating with the team
  • Additional duties may be required as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous work experience as a Mechanic
  • Strong mechanical skills, hydraulic experience, and wiring installation experience
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to complete a successful background check and drug screen
