Team Introduction:
The Assurance Services team focuses on delivering high-quality audits and related services to a diverse range of clients, including middle-market businesses, non-profit organizations, and government entities. Our offerings encompass internal audits, employee benefit plan audits, outsourced accounting, compliance reviews, and sustainability assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee external audit engagements, ensuring client expectations, budget adherence, and accurate financial reporting.
2. Provide comprehensive analysis of audit findings and manage all technical and research-related tasks.
3. Collaborate with Senior Managers and Partners on risk assessments, audit planning, and internal audit documentation.
4. Cultivate relationships with current clients and engage in networking and business development initiatives.
5. Lead and mentor Audit Staff and Seniors, fostering their professional growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is necessary.
- Previous experience in a public accounting environment is preferred.
- CPA certification is mandatory.
- At least 2 years of supervisory and training experience is required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Strong commitment to meeting client deadlines and delivering exceptional service.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Excellent analytical and report writing capabilities are essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of data analysis methodologies.
- Creative problem-solving and research abilities are important.
