The University of Pittsburgh is looking for a temporary Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support during overnight hours at Panther Central. This role is crucial in delivering direct assistance to our diverse clientele.

Key responsibilities for this overnight position include, but are not limited to:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries at the front desk, including assisting with questions, completing forms, and producing identification cards through online chat and phone communication.
  • Supporting various administrative tasks as needed or requested.
  • Managing data entry, conducting data queries, and updating information in all relevant University systems.
  • Clarifying policies and procedures related to housing, dining services, and identification cards to students, parents, faculty, staff, and other visitors.
  • Monitoring the lobby area and reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
