Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care to patients in post-acute facilities, including administering treatments and medications, and monitoring patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with physicians and medical staff, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
  • Supervise and train nursing and other staff members, ensuring compliance with nursing standards and facility policies.
  • Document patient histories and interventions accurately and thoroughly.
  • Participate in incident investigations and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Current New Jersey state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Successful completion of an approved nursing program.
  • At least 4 months of post-acute or in-patient hospital care experience.
  • Advanced organizational skills and ability to work independently.
