Glacier Resort Guest Services Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Glacier Resort Guest Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless check-in/check-out processes, responding to guest inquiries, and providing exceptional service to our valued guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests, provide them with information about available services and amenities, and assist them in planning their stay.
  • Maintain knowledge of room availability, housekeeping schedules, and guest preferences to ensure efficient and personalized service.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping to update room status, respond to guest requests, and maintain high-quality cleaning and sanitizing standards.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Perform tasks such as registering guests, processing payments, and handling guest complaints in a friendly and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or certification in hospitality preferred.
  • Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or a related field is essential.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance and stand for long periods.
