  • Repositioning patients who are bedridden to prevent discomfort.
  • Monitoring dietary needs and ensuring compliance with dietary restrictions.
  • Gathering essential information from healthcare professionals regarding patient care.
  • Documenting food and fluid intake as well as output, and reporting any changes to the medical team.
  • Recording vital signs as directed by nursing staff.
  • Identifying potential health issues through patient examinations.
  • Encouraging patients to adhere to their medication schedules.
  • Observing and reporting any changes in patient behavior or condition.
  • Staying informed about CNA training and facility protocols.

Qualifications:
  • State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
  • Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Nursing degree from an accredited CNA program.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Exemplary personal hygiene practices.

Job Type:

$17.00 per hour

  • Long-term care facility

Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 1 year in caregiving, with at least 1 year as a CNA.
