**Key Responsibilities:**

• Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and instructions to ensure accurate assembly and testing of products.

• Operate a range of hand tools, electrical tools, and light equipment to assemble and test products.

• Maintain inventory of products and materials in workstations and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

• Perform quality checks and identify defects, recording and reporting any issues.

• Rework and repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to quality standards and safety procedures.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective production processes.

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a standing position for up to 8 hours per day.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
