Job Description

As a Service Supervisor-Lead Equipment Installations at Hobart Service, you will be responsible for providing expert-level service and repair solutions to customers. You will interface with customers, sales, and equipment dealers, and provide problem resolution and troubleshooting over the phone. You will also assist with product updates and relay customer feedback to the sales, quality assurance, and product management teams.

  • Install commercial food equipment for customers on a contract and/or time and material basis
  • Conduct site surveys, quotes, and sub-contractor management
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM
  • Implement and support standard operating procedures outlined in Hobart Service safety manuals and programs
  • Support branch and organization financial objectives through customer relations
  • Maintain current organization, industry, and equipment knowledge
  • Communicate with customers on-site and present additional service offerings
  • Support install technicians and mentor junior technicians with all installation duties
  • Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance, truck stock, and follows the company's safe driving and other applicable policies
  • Responsible for projects in Western Washington & Alaska

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

  • Associates Degree in a related field
  • O7E electrical license preferred

Desired Education/Experience

  • Mechanical or electrical experience is preferred, but not required
  • Associates Degree is preferred, but not required
  • Experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial cooking and/or refrigeration equipment is highly desirable

Certificates and Licenses

  • Position/Location dependent. Industry certification is highly desirable
