Supply New England Inc is seeking a skilled Truck Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for delivering inventory to our locations and customers throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Positioning and moving trucks and trailers at and between locations
- Delivering inventory to SNE locations and customers throughout the region
- Loading and unloading of inventory
- Maintaining assigned vehicle
- Following all vehicle usage safety policies
- Assisting in warehouse duties during downtime
- Other duties as assigned in the warehouse
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Good driving record (required)
- Dependable and punctual
- Must have DOT Health Card or be able to obtain one and pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills
- Great attention to detail
- Professional, adaptable, and energetic
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of commercial trucks and safety
- Familiarity with warehouse environment and logistics (preferred)
- Forklift and RF gun knowledge (helpful)
- Ability to lift 75lbs.
- Plumbing, Heating, and HVAC knowledge a plus
