Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Randolph Hospital. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring.
  • Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of an approved nursing assistant training program.
  • Ability to relate positively and effectively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Meets all health requirements, as required by law.
