Financial Analyst Job Description

At Marriott International, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Develop and implement financial models to forecast future financial performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 1 year of experience in financial analysis or accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
