Creekside Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical and behavioral health needs, and develop individualized care plans to address these needs.
- Medication Management: Accurately administer medications to patients, monitor their effects, and adjust medication plans as needed under the supervision of a physician.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, and report significant changes in patient status to supervisors and physicians in a timely manner.
- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and mentor less experienced nursing staff, and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Education: Graduation from an approved/accredited school of nursing.
- Experience: One or more years of nursing experience in a clinical setting, preferably in behavioral health/psychiatric/addiction recovery.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid current RN license from the state or a compact state, CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification, and First aid certification (if required by state or facility).
