Retention Marketing Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Retention Marketing Manager to join our team at Community Brands. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing retention strategies that drive improved retention rates, increase customer adoption and usage, and support revenue growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the CRM landscape and experience in leading CRM campaigns to drive customer engagement and lifetime value. They will also be passionate about analyzing and interpreting key customer and behavioral data to reveal insights and formulate hypotheses that will improve the customer experience and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop promotional plans, optimize retention strategies, and provide regular and insightful analysis of all retention activities.
  • Leverage customer insights, competitive understanding, and analytics data to unlock growth opportunities and drive key business outcomes across the customer journey.
  • Create and maintain retention reports and dashboards, tracking key metrics and flagging any trends or performance issues to stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally on revenue planning, forecasting, and demand planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline or 6+ years of professional marketing experience in a retention and churn prevention or lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of the CRM landscape and experience in leading CRM campaigns to drive customer engagement and lifetime value.
  • Passion for analyzing and interpreting key customer and behavioral data to reveal insights and formulate hypotheses that will improve the customer experience and drive business outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiar with project management activities and tools like Monday.
  • Deep experience in HubSpot to set up and launch campaigns.
  • Deep experience in using Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated mastery of testing and analytic principles and methodologies.
