Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will provide high-quality patient care within a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, evaluations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
  • Administer injections and perform interventional procedures as necessary.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health promotion, and treatment plans.
  • Document patient care in electronic medical records accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of cultural competency and sensitivity in all interactions, with a specific focus on Korean-speaking patients.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities and maintain current knowledge of best practices in nursing care.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and standards of care.
Requirements
  • Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Proficiency in Korean language (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Demonstrated experience with injections and interventional procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and healthcare IT systems.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development activities.
