Regional Community Liaison

Monarch Management Group is seeking a highly skilled Regional Community Liaison to join our team in Waymart, PA. This role involves managing day-to-day operations of residential communities and overseeing leasing and marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of property management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.

• Manage community events and programs to enhance resident experience
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members
• Ensure property compliance with regulations and standards
• Develop and implement strategies to maintain high occupancy rates

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
• Proficiency in property management software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
