  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to clients on system operation and maintenance.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in fire protection systems preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a fire alarm/sprinkler technician.
  • Skills: Proficient in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm and sprinkler systems.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and standards, as well as local building codes.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Certification: NICET certification in Fire Alarm Systems and/or Water-Based Systems Layout is a plus.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
