Overview


Southern Regional Medical Center, a member of the Prime Healthcare Foundation, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to lead our Rehabilitation and Wellness Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining rehabilitation and wellness programs that meet the identified needs of our community.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain rehabilitation and wellness programs to meet the identified needs of the community.
  • Administer fiscal and personnel resources, performance improvement, information management, strategic planning, marketing, community education, physician/customer relations, regulatory compliance, and accreditation.
  • Oversee the rehabilitation services and establish guidelines, workflows, and metrics for the Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy programs.


Qualifications


  • Master's Degree in a Medical Rehabilitation field preferred.
  • Five years of clinical practice with supervisory experience.
  • Licensed by the Physical Therapy Board of state.
  • BLS for healthcare provider's certification upon hire and maintain current.
