As a project director, you will be responsible for:




  • Leading project teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Developing and implementing project plans and schedules
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology integration
  • Maintaining open communication with stakeholders and team members
  • Managing project budgets and resource allocation


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • 5+ years of experience managing projects with budgets greater than $5 million
  • 5+ years of Agile Leadership experience (must be documented in your resume)
  • 10+ years of experience as a project manager, with the most recent position held being in this role
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft DevOps
  • Experience collaborating with other project managers to ensure seamless technology integration between systems
  • Previous experience with SOM is highly desired
