Audiovisual Technician

Five-Star AudioVisual, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Audiovisual Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the set-up, operation, and strike of all audiovisual equipment for client functions. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Assist with the day-to-day functions of the audiovisual office, including set-up, operation, and strike of equipment
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to the effective management of the day-to-day operations, including timely and accurate set-up and strike of equipment
• Continually increase audiovisual skills and knowledge through training and professional development
• Maintain positive public relations with hotel accounts and internal stakeholders

• Minimum of one year's experience in the AV industry
• Advanced knowledge and experience with AV set-ups and strikes
• Background in customer service or hospitality
• Certification in AV technology or related courses (preferred)
