Position Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated and proficient Respiratory Therapist to become a vital part of our Respiratory Therapy Department. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering exceptional respiratory care to individuals in a long-term care environment, particularly for pediatric and young adult populations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and formulate tailored care strategies
  • Implement and document respiratory interventions as directed by medical professionals
  • Track and log vital parameters, including oxygen saturation and heart rate
  • Provide education to patients and their families regarding respiratory management and care techniques
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic resident care
  • Act promptly in emergency scenarios and deliver basic life support when necessary
Qualifications:
  • Certification as RRT, CRT, RCP, or LPN
  • Preferred: Current Indiana Respiratory Therapist licensure
  • Understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Basic life support certification is mandatory
