Job Overview

At Madison Honda, we are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Estimator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and possess strong analytical skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for greeting customers, assessing their needs, and providing accurate estimates according to insurance company guidelines. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will ensure seamless interactions with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in body shop estimating and be familiar with CCC Estimating System. Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred but not required as we provide comprehensive training. A competitive salary of $**60,000 - $80,000 per year** reflects the value we place on your expertise and dedication. Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule appointments with customers
• Collaborate with insurance companies on estimates, supplements, and payments
• Perform estimates and supplements
• Work with customers and body shop technicians to identify required repair work
• Offer additional services and repairs
• Enter itemized estimates on repair orders and explain them to customers
• Keep customers informed and updated throughout the repair process

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in body shop estimating
• Familiarity with CCC Estimating System
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Valid driver's license
