- Sales: Drive sales by utilizing approved consultative selling practices to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, including suggesting outfitting options and related items to generate multiple unit sales.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of Lands' End products and services, along with current fashion trends to enhance the level of customer service and generate sales.
- Operations: Process customer transactions efficiently using the POS and online system, including sales, returns, exchanges, etc. in accordance with authorized procedures.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain knowledge of visual brand standards and perform markdown and other promotional activities as needed.
- Stock Replenishment: Responsible for stock replenishment and adhering to visual brand standards.
- Selling Skills: Excellent selling skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees.
- Flexibility: Flexible and adaptable to change, with the ability to work varied hours to support the needs of the business.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift boxes up to 40 pounds.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of Lands' End merchandise is strongly preferred, as is previous experience in retail.
