About the Program

Year Up is a one-year intensive job training program that provides young adults with in-classroom skill development, access to internships and job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship.

Program Highlights
  • Technical and professional training in cybersecurity and related fields
  • Access to internships and job placement services through our industry-leading talent placement firm YUPRO Placement
  • Personalized coaching and mentorship to support career advancement
  • Eligible coursework for college credit
  • Weekly educational stipend of $525 during the internship phase
Eligibility

To be eligible for the program, you must:

  • Be between the ages of 18 and 24
  • Be a high school graduate or GED recipient
  • Be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Be available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
  • Be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
  • Not have obtained a Bachelor's degree
