The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Customer Operations Manager to join our team. This newly created position is responsible for implementing strategic goals for servicing our active customers, managing the day-to-day customer operations teams, and promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.

The Customer Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer service functions, including staffing, training, and monitoring of activity/results. Additionally, this position will resolve escalated situations, ensure proper billing and collection of outstanding property tax and toll violations, and monitor insurance compliance on all active leases.

Key Responsibilities:
