Job Title: Assemblage Specialist

We are seeking skilled assemblers to join our team in DALEVILLE, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical assembly and be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex mechanical assembly work and conduct hydraulic functional testing to verify product quality and conformance.
  • Read blueprints and work instructions with ease.
  • Basic understanding of hydraulic principles.
  • Use power supplies and tools.
  • Assemble using jigs & fixtures, hydraulic test equipment, precision measuring instruments, and manual hand tools.
Requirements:
  • Hard Skills: Mechanical Assembly, Hydraulic Assembly, Electrical Assembly, Blueprint Reading, Hydraulic Functional Testing, Troubleshooting Electrical Malfunctions, Schematic Reading.
  • Soft Skills: Critical Thinking, Attention to Detail, Safety Awareness, Problem-Solving.
Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position in a manufacturing/production environment. Not climate controlled. Fast-paced and performance-driven.
