Job Opportunity

ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in the Oakley, CA area. As a trusted partner in the education sector, we strive to provide exceptional care and support to students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care and support to students with complex medical needs, including seizure management and VNS therapy.
  • Assist with ostomy changes and gastrostomy tube feedings during the school day.
  • Transport students to and from school, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with school staff and parents to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science and Nursing.
  • Current certification as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
  • At least one year of experience as a LVN/LPN.
  • Bilingual Spanish language proficiency and prior school experience.
