Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to residents, including physical and psychological support
  • Collaborate with physicians, residents, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
  • Assist with safety assurance for residents and nursing staff
  • Communicate effectively with nursing and other departments, as well as service providers
  • Exhibit a positive professional image and promote a respectful environment

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an approved nursing program
  • Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license and CPR certification
  • At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired; long-term care experience preferred

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, starting from $35.00 per hour, with shift differential available. Additionally, benefits include medical insurance, vision and dental insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, life insurance, retirement savings, and access to DailyPay.
