Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop full-stack applications using Node.js, JavaScript, .NET, and Python
  • Develop and maintain PostgreSQL databases
  • Implement best practices for testing, API communication structures, and multi-system interactions
  • Migrate on-premises applications to containerized solutions in AWS (EKS) and update applications to use AWS native tools
  • Work with Agile software development teams, source control management tools, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Provide technical solutions, code/design peer reviews, coding standards, agile practices, work estimation, requirement gathering, client interaction, collaboration, technical documentation, and user stories

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in full-stack application design, development, and lifecycle
  • Experience in programming web services in .NET, Python, and Node.js
  • Experience in creating, updating, and querying PostgreSQL databases
  • Experience in developing user experiences in React, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Experience in implementing best practices for testing, API communication structures, and multi-system interactions
  • Experience in migrating on-premises applications to containerized solutions in AWS (EKS) and updating applications to use AWS native tools
  • Experience in working with Agile software development teams, source control management tools, and CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in legacy systems modernization and code migration and modernization
  • Experience in developing and working with open-source and commercial GIS technologies and data
