Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and coordinating care delivery to ensure that resident's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise nursing personnel to deliver nursing care
  • Coordinate care delivery to ensure resident's needs are met
  • Read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
  • 2-3 years clinical experience; Gerontological nursing including dementia population preferred
  • Must have a valid and current LPN/LVN state license
Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
  • Ability to push and pull objects and lift and carry up to 20 pounds, unassisted on a frequent basis
  • Full use of gross and fine motor skills of the upper and lower extremities
