  7. Collects and reviews historical and current dietary habits of assigned patients, documenting relevant findings in their medical records.

  9. Prepares patients for reintegration into the community through ongoing education and referrals to suitable community resources.
  10. Records interventions and patient progress accurately in medical documentation.

  13. Completes necessary documentation in line with organizational protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

A Bachelor's degree in dietetics or nutrition-related fields, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Completion of an accredited dietetic internship program is also necessary.

CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE:
Registered with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Current CPR certification is required.

EXPERIENCE:

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  3. Competence in performing mathematical calculations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
