Job Title: Travel Skilled Nursing LPN
Job Summary: Emerald Health Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Travel LPN to join our team. As a Travel LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings and provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients in a skilled nursing setting
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of employment
- 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing setting
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- BLS certification
