Server Representative

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Shrimp Basket Holdings, LLC. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and kitchen.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date on menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide accurate information to customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
