Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with receiving, stocking, and pricing merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively assist customers in finding products and providing solutions to their needs.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are positive and memorable.
Store Operations:
  • Assist with receiving, checking in, and stocking merchandise throughout the store.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stock room, and outdoor merchandise area.
  • Assist with daily maintenance tasks, such as restocking shelves and cleaning displays.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation Details
