  • Adhere to safety protocols when handling hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
  • Apply finishing compounds to floors to enhance and protect surfaces.
  • Engage in cleaning and sanitizing tasks across various facility areas, including restrooms and common spaces.
  • Restock necessary supplies and maintain cleanliness in all work areas.
  • Operate hand and power tools effectively for floor care tasks.
  • Achieve certification with the IICRC to promote industry standards.
  • Conduct water damage restoration activities, including extraction and antimicrobial treatments.
  • Follow OSHA regulations to ensure a safe environment for all.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance on facility fixtures and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must meet all requirements for working in specific environments, including a comprehensive work history.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service.
  • One year of relevant work experience.
