  • Open and close the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed and the store is secure.
  • Monitor and maintain a tidy sales floor, including restocking shelves and maintaining visual merchandising displays.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including responding to customer feedback and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Associate or in a retail management role.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in Apple products and G-suite, Omni-channel POS systems.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service focus.
  • Ability to work in the store alone and be flexible with scheduling.
  • High school degree; BA/BS degree would be a plus.
