Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As an Instrumentation Technician, you will be responsible for calibrating, programming, installing, and troubleshooting smart process instrumentation, including temperature, pressure, and level transmitters and control valves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calibrate and program smart process instrumentation, including temperature, pressure, and level transmitters and control valves.
  • Install and troubleshoot instrumentation systems, including PLCs, hydraulic controls, and process analyzers.
  • Perform maintenance activities, including routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements of instrumentation equipment.
  • Collaborate with maintenance technicians and operating crew members to ensure maximum production, quality, and inspection.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of process control loops, DCS, and PLC systems.
  • Experience with calibration and maintenance of industrial equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
