We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Area Supervisor to join our team at ResCare Community Living. As a key member of our operations management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of services to our clients across various lines of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the provision of assistance to individuals served to promote their physical, social, and psychological well-being.
- Ensure that each individual has an activity schedule developed and implemented, and monitor staff to ensure procedures are followed to promote optimum health care and behavior supports.
- Monitor labor hours and ensure assigned service sites are operating within budgetary guidelines.
- Responsible for client funds, receipts, and proper documentation.
- Ensure staffing ratios are in compliance with regulatory and service plan requirements.
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Business, Health Care Administration, or a Social Science degree, or High school diploma/GED and equivalent work experience of 3 years.
- One year of supervisory experience required.
- Previous experience providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or related disorders preferred.
