Key Responsibilities

  • Record and process work orders, including customer information and service requests.
  • Prepare and distribute work orders to service crews, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Schedule service calls and dispatch service crews, prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls and work orders.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Subject to random DOT drug testing.

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
