Job Summary:

PAM Health, LLC is seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team as a Hospital Cook. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our patients and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook patient and cafeteria food service in accordance with local, state, and federal standards.
• Ensure adherence to sanitation policies and procedures to maintain a clean and safe food service environment.
• Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our patients and staff.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our patients and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Education: High School education or GED preferred, with the ability to read and write English to follow recipes and plan menus.
• Experience: Five years of commercial food preparation experience is desired.
