We are seeking a highly skilled Forensic Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at Fuse Engineering. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for conducting endpoint forensics investigations and analyzing captured media to derive valuable intelligence and mitigate network/host-based vulnerabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop computer systems and networks, with expertise in programming, computer/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, and computer forensics.
- Analyze and exploit captured media to uncover critical information.
- Investigate computer security incidents to derive useful intelligence and enable mitigation of network/host-based vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address cybersecurity threats.
- A Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience or a Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant experience must be in the design/development of computer information systems, programming, computer/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, and/or systems engineering.
- Degree must be in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Military or applicable government work experience in lieu of technical degree.
- Completion of military training in a relevant area, including Joint Cyber Analysis course (JCAC), Undergraduate Cyber Training (UCT), Network Warfare Bridge Course (NWBC), and Intermediate Network Warfare Training (INWT).
- Military training in networking, computer science, or cyber topics.
