Job Title: Registered Nurse (Rn) - Labor And Delivery

White Plains Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (Rn) to join our Labor And Delivery team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (Rn) to join our Labor And Delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Registered Nurse (Rn) on our Labor And Delivery team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to patients undergoing labor and delivery, as well as collaborating with our obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing labor and delivery, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with our obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest developments in obstetric nursing.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by demonstrating a commitment to teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (Rn) in the state of New York.
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse (Rn) in a labor and delivery setting.
  • Strong background in nursing and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
