Hibbett Sports Job Description:
We are seeking a Team Member Specialist to join our team. As a Team Member Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, encouraging customers to take advantage of services offered by Hibbett Sports, and tracking sales performance to achieve individual and team goals.
About the Role:
- Provide top-notch customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support sales floor operations, including visual merchandising and inventory management
- Monitor and track sales performance to achieve individual and team goals
Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
