Nuclear Medicine Imaging Specialist

About the Role:
The Nuclear Medicine Technologist works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for providing quality imaging.
Supporting the Radiologist, the Nuclear Medicine Technologist assists in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient processing and transmission of images to PACS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Radiologist to provide high-quality imaging services
- Assist in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Process and transmit images to PACS
Requirements:
- One year of acute, clinical radiology experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology required
- Current BLS (AHA) certificate required
- Registry eligible and within 90 days of hire date accredited, or actively accredited by the NMTCB and/or ARRT (N) required
